Ulian Bilotkach is an International Development Consultant with over 30 years of profound experience in development project management mainly in the areas of urban infrastructure and environment in the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Before embarking on the development consulting career, he worked as an executive of a consulting company and before that he also worked for central government agencies directly. After the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Accident of 1986, he was hired by Ukraine’s Government to assist with the management of activities aimed at alleviation of consequences of the Accident. He survives by his wife, Nadia, three children and six grandchildren.
